And one of the things, what seems to cause very strong feelings are writings about SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) and aliens. Writings about those things are actually opinions. When we are writing about some kind of extraterrestrial civilizations, we are always facing the Fermi's paradox and Drake equation where that physician or astronomer calculated his famous formula, that if the known habitable civilizations are the division with the known planets, we could get the percent of planets, where are civilizations. Because if there would be other technical civilizations around us,  our faith would be destroyed by the attack of aliens. Here I must say, that if I’m honest, I would win everybody in argumentation when we are talking about SETI-program and alien civilizations. I must choose only the distance, what is so huge, that the radio-impulses from the Earth would not reach that point in our lifetime. So I can say that maybe there is technical civilization in the distance of thousand light years. And that means the signal from Earth and that point would travel thousand years in one way. Kimmo Huosionmaa SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) program is one of the most dangerous programs in our planet. Even if we haven't get contact or signal from extraterrestrial intelligence, the telescopes might get it in next night. Or they can get contact beyond 1000 years. Some people think that waiting for a contact is like waiting for a train or something like that. SETI program is not so simple because we can't know when the first message is coming. Or does it come in our lifetime? When we are talking about that project. If we will get the signal from other civilization, but we might ever take contact to those civilizations. They might be so far there, that we ever can't message together because the civilization might be in Andromeda galaxy.
