There seems to be some strange form in the like of those dead trees, but that might also only coincidence. Those dry or dead trees seem to be in some kind of line like somebody has pulled pen on the paper. But this is only my own opinion. The film is telling the persons, who are lost in the national parks, and there is something wrong with the cases, where people are missing in national parks.
