Those equipment are normal patrons, what are filled with flashlight powder, and in the middle of that patron is a crystal stick, what is made of glass or sugar. The idea of that structure is that patron works as a miniature laser. Ends of that stick is a mirror, which is normally used in lasers. In another mirror is a small hole, and between those mirrors consists a laser ray, what means coherent light. The problem with that ammunition is that flashlight powder doesn't make enough exhaust gas to operate automatic weapons lock system. F-15 Eagle harjoituslennolla Koska GPS-laitteita häiritään yhä useammin, niin silloin täytyy kehittää uusia radioaalloista riippumattomia paikantamistapoja tuon tehokkaan mutta herkän laitteiston korvaajaksi, joista yksi lupaavimmista on käyttää satelliittiin kohdistettua koodattua LED-valoa lentokoneen erottamiseksi taustasta. Kyseinen laite olisi siis sellainen, että se näkyisi vaikkapa valokuvaustiedustelua suorittavan satelliitin kamerassa, ja sitten tuo laitteisto lähettää tuon kuvan alla lentäville hävittäjille, jotka voivat tuolla tavoin sitten paikantaa itsensä tuosta ilmakuvasta, jota tietenkin voidaan päivittää reaaliajassa. Ja tietenkin se toimisi myös korkealla lentävien ilmalaivojen sekä Global Hawk-lentokoneiden kanssa. Pilvi-kolmioita sekä  muita outoja pilvikuvioita tutkittaessa voidaan ajatella niin, että nuo kuviot on ehkä tehty taivaalle laserilla, jolla pilveä ikään kuin kaiverretaan tietylle syvyydelle lasersäteellä. Kuvituskuvaa "PROJECT BLUEBEAM" on eräiden salaliittoteoteoreetikoiden mielestä jonkinlainen NASA:n yritys maailman herruuden saavuttamiseksi. Itse olen sitä mieltä, että tuo ohjelma voi olla oikeasti "vain" kenttä-hologrammi järjestelmä, millä voidaan taistelukentälle luoda esimerkiksi hologrammeilla tuliefektejä, joilla vihollisen tulenjohtajia voidaan hämätä. Saattaa olla niin, että kyseessä on ohjelma, jossa kehitetään useita erilaisia lasersovellutuksia puolustusministeriön laskuun. "BLUE BEAM:in" kaltaisten suuren luokan hologrammilaitteiden avulla voidaan ihmisille uskotella mitä hyvänsä. Tuon ohjelman tarkoitus oli ilmeisesti testata sitä, että onko esimerkiksi oudoista aluksista jätetty raportoimatta. Mutta sen avulla voidaan luoda vaikka sienen muotoinen  pilvi taivaalle.
