Laser bullets are next generation equipment for assassins

Have you ever heard a term "laser bullet"? That means single-use laser weapon, what might shoot from rifle or cannon. Those equipment are normal patrons, what are filled with flashlight powder, and in the middle of that patron is a crystal stick, what is made of glass or sugar.
