Only the last force and laws are things. That forces companies. To clean their wastewater or decrease pollution. Companies wait until the last minute to make the investments. Which allows them to decrease their pollution to a level. That it passes standards touching the limit. Everything that is made after multiple remarks is minimal. The companies, or somebody in the companies. Think that every extra cent. What they use for the environment is out of the profits that the company can share.
And that is the case, where theoretical capitalism separates from practical capitalism. The thing is that the Western companies' purpose. It has always been to bring money to their owners. The fact is that this is the case, where some Eastern companies differ from Western companies. Those companies' mission is sometimes to deliver their government's agenda. Rather than make a business. That is one of the most important things that we must understand.
When we talk about things. Like business. We all know about the power. Of the multinational corporations is that. They can make many things more effectively. And cheaper. than traditional corporations. Those companies can hire a person to work in an office in Dubai. That office can belong to the subsidiary. The main company was established. That company in Dubai. The worker can work remotely from their home, which can be in Finland or Sweden. And officially. They work in the company. That is registered in Dubai, in an office. Which is in Dubai. The thing is that those arrangements can save money. The purpose of that subsidiary can be only to act as a labor office.
That has only one customer. The main company that “hires” those people for work. That is one way to reduce taxes and other payments. This is one way to benefit from the multinational position. Of the company. If the company has offices in all Western countries, it allows it to change the HQ location very fast. These kinds of companies might be. A rather clustered form. Of different companies. Than one company. For an outsider. The company cluster of different-looking companies. It can be the same company.
Those parts of clusters can act under different business names. Because that makes it easier to handle money flows. Those separated marketing sections that operate under their own business name can also take on other work. Same way. The transportation section. That has its own business name and can also transport other cargo. That maximizes the company's income. Those companies are listed on the stock market. That means almost any person. Those who have enough capital. Can buy those companies, whose value can be billions of dollars.
