Why lone people have more health problems than married persons?

We are all seen that in many media articles are mentioned, that lone people have more often the heart problems than people, who have the spouse. And the question is why? The reason is that many times lonely people eat worse food than people, who are in the relationship between another person.  Another thing might be, that lonely person would look for the company from bars more often in the persons, who are married. This means that those persons are drinking more drinks, what contains alcohol and sugar. But the reason for loneliness is not always the fault of that person.


Also, the reason for those weight and heart problems is sometimes, that some of the lone people have the medicines and the reason for living alone is sometimes the psychiatric problems, what are very bad for the social relationship. Or have you ever hear, that the normal psychiatric patient would have any sympathy from the people around this person? There are many persons, who have psychiatrical problems, and they are not more dangerous for other people than so-called "normal persons". But there are a couple of percents of psychiatrical ill persons, who make serious violent crimes.


Because of those persons, every psychiatric patient gets troubles in their life. In the real life, the problems do not make the psychiatric patients who are in the proper medical care, what is made by highly trained professionals. The problems are causing the persons, who have psychiatric problems, but they would not go to the psychiatrist. Only a couple of percent of the psychiatric patient or persons, who have psychiatric problems is dangerous, but those people are the most dangerous criminals, what the society has ever met.


And here we must say, that the most of the violence is involved also the alcohol or drugs, what makes person sometimes very aggressive. The misuse of the anabolic steroids is normally the reason for violent behavior than mental problems, but also we must understand that mental disorders would make those fits more visible, and also the use of alcohol and drugs in bad mental condition would sometimes cause the aggressive behavior, and also sometimes the attempt to make suicide would cause the death of innocent people, when driver would turn to the wrong way of the road
